of proposed 2008-2009 PTO Committee Chairs.
From our Treasurer:
Please submit all committee reimbursements by June 15th as we must close the current PTO books by June 30, 2008.
You may put paperwork in any of the schools' PTO mailboxes, or mail them to PO Box 392, Chester. If you have any questions email or call 879-1822. Thanks for doing such a great job this year!
During these warm days, especially on Field Days, please consider sending water to school with your child to help them stay comfortable and focused.

Angel Grant Request:
The fourth grade Integrated Language Arts (ILA) teachers have expressed the desire to purchase 190 Lined Portrait Big Bare Books with Slip-on Book Jackets to be used to create Realistic Fiction Books. Students will see the focus of personal narrative growing into realistic fiction implemented and formalized in their very own books to be shared and saved. The total amount we need to raise to make this a reality is $709.12.

Upper Raritan Watershed Association is hosting a walk along the Cooper Mill in Chester, Sunday, May 18, 1:30-2:30.

Registration for Chester Summer Basketball is now open. Information & registration here. This league is open to all girls and boys entering the 5th through 8th grades in Chester and surrounding towns. It's a fun summer league- no coaches- play under the lights!
